The streets of Jersey Village are now so dangerous that helpless animals are being run over in the streets. Where is the police department? Keep in mind, this Chief is the pick of the feckless Austin Bleess. A chief who has repeatedly put Jersey Village in the news for all the wrong reasons. First they kill an innocent service animal (pig) and now this. How much more ineptitude can the citizens tolerate just to feed the ego of a city manager who doesn’t care about the citizens.
