This memo was sent to the entire city council, including the mayor on September 18th @ 9:19pm from Chief Foerster. I would suggest an open records request through Jersey Village (ask for all attachments to this email) to verify the following persons are in possession of this information. Their actions as a council are clearly complicit in protecting one of their own.
